I just finished a book that all you guys should read, if you haven't already - it's called Leanings by Peter Egan, a columnist for Cycle World. It's a compilation of stories he's written over the years. Amazing writer, great stories, and some wonderful bikes. After finishing it, all I wanted to do was get a classic bike and hightail it off on a road trip adventure.

i picked up a new battery for my bike today.

word to the wise for those that plug their bikes into a trickle charger.... get one that shuts off automaticly.... i fried a battery that litterally drove the bike about a mile total. i just left it hooked up... and it cooked

Im thinking about building it in AZ so I can go fenderless. Its a 750 engine so Im hoping that it can turn some seriously larger tires with a nice thick white wall.

If I ever get photo shop I might whip something up.

Same thing happened to me. I had to buy a sealed battery for a suzuki DRZ 400 and they wanted 175 and 150 in town at two different places. I bought one on ebay for 55 shipped:dancing:

that bike with the cherry bombs is on the jockey journal, its called the dirt rocket and they guy messed around with it and it looks fuckin sick as balls now..

Hey, nice bobber. I like the new and improved rake on the front end:dancing:..looks like it's doing about ninety-six miles per hour sitting there. I was wondering what happened to the seat from my brother's Sting Ray that went missing back in the sixties. Bike looks slick. I like to see out-of-the-Harley-box thinking.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Passed my parking lot/skills test this morning! :dancing::dancing::dancing:
I still have to take the road test so for now I basically still have a learner's permit but the supervision and speed restrictions are lifted. So now I can ride by myself just no passenger and no riding at night. At least I'm legal for riding to work now. I can't get the time off work for the road test until May 21 (they only book roadtests on Wednesdays :Idunno:)

Man, Two weeks ago was a sad day in my world. I sold my Choprocket. It started life as a Yamaha Maxim 650. This bike rode so smooth lots of power and just wild looking. I wish I had known you guys have MoJo cause I have a balance disorder that caused me not to ride any more. at least not the Choprocket. No front brake, long rake. Any hoo Here she is.
