The Rose City Volksters
The 1st Annual Spring Kickoff in Support of the Oregon Food Bank.

The Event:
10:00 am to 4:00 P.M. April 27th
The event will take place in the parking lot directly across 198th to the east of the Intel Aloha Campus. Map of Event

The Cause:
Oregon Food Bank
We will be collecting canned food as well as monetary donations for the Oregon Food Bank. All final donation information for this event will be publicly posted on our website.

Admission to the event will be 2 cans of food per person.

VW/Audi cars will be parked in the event lot until the lot is full. All Non VW/Audi cars as well as any cars arriving after the lot is full will be put in overflow parking.

**We can build corrals for clubs, however the corral MUST be pre-arranged and you must make a $25 donation to the Food Bank.Corrals will only be held until Noon, if your club has not claimed it's space by then, the corral will be opened for parking.

Swap Meet:

Spots for the Swap Meet will go for $20. The spot will be Approx. 10x20 you can sell any legal item you want with the exception of weapons of any type, or Alcohol. Pre-Registration is encouraged which can be done at . Gates will open for Swappers and Show Participants at 8:00 am

Show and Shine:
The cost to enter the Car Show will be $10 there will be a total of 4 awards given, peoples choice award; air and water cooled, and participants choice; air and water cooled. Commemorative plaques will be given to the winners in each category. Awards will only be given for VW/Audi cars, although all cars are welcome to enter the show. Pre-Registration is encouraged which can be done at . Gates will open for Swappers and Show Participants at 8:00 am **Judging will take place between 10am and 2pm and the plaques will be handed out at 3pm.

There will be a Raffle, all proceeds go to the Oregon Food Bank.

Food and Beverages:
There will be Food Vendors on site, or you may bring your own. Plastic bottles and cans are acceptable. NO ALCOHOL will be allowed on the premises, and coolers are subject to search.
