Maybe try finding a slightly smaller 12pt socket that you can pound onto the lug.

You've got a newfangled welder right? Weld an old socket or piece of scrap metal to it...

I ahve had luck welding a bigger nut onto the old rounded off. Get a large nut that will just fit over the rounded off one and puddle weld that sucker on there.

You now have a much large nut to grab onto plus the heat of the welding will likely have helped loosen everything up.

Good luck.

run a bead of weld with your MIG , or a few beads, on the lugnut. The heat might help losen the nut. A teacher of mine used this trick on stuck races or bearings or something, maybe it'll work for you.

Or, if you wait til wednesday I'll bring my oxy acetylene up and heat it for you

I bought a car with theft lock lug nuts but the seller didn't have the key. I welded one of those thick plumbing pipes I often use as a cheater pipe, turn the pipe and the nut's loose. Break the bead then remove by hand.

HAHAHA... I had the same problem...ROunded one off pretty bad. The damn thing was stuck as hell.... Tried a huge breaker bar, but the front tire spun and the nut didn't Budge. I was trying to avoid people slamming me cause I thought it had been posted before, haha . When I disasembled my beam, I took off the drums, with the wheel still bolted to it.

I got a wheel with 4 lug bolts stuck in the drum. Jammed on there and even a impact ratchet won't break them loose.
I am gonna try some heat and if that doesn't do it. I will just yank the drum off and throw the wheel and all away.
I just can't bring myself to spend that much time on it.
Can't use the lugs don't want the wheel.... The drum might still be good though.

when my adapters had the lugs spin on me I did it two different ways...
1. 12 pt socket I didnt want, and hammered the bitch on there and used an impact.

2. cut a chunk out with a die grinder then use your air chisel to get it to back off.

..the first idea is quicker.
