tried to bleed the brakes in the 68, still a bubble somewhere thats being difficult.

trying to get the thing to stay running as well, it runs for a little while then stalls out and i have trouble restarting it.

I had trouble with my (your) 74 when I did the brakes. I thought it had a bubble but actually the adjustable rod from the pedal to the master cylinder needed to be lengthened. Easy fix

yesterday I went surfing. Drove two hours to the beach expecting huge 4th of july traffic, and I ended up being the only one in the water. That'll tell you how big the waves were.
Left the beach headed for Punks house, drank a lot of beer ate a lot of food, watched some fire works, put the bus on autopilot and got home at 1:30

funny story. I left the same time exploding fan tim left. He had to gas up so I figured he'd pass me on the highway at some point. Sure enough, I saw his car behind me coming up to pass me. I floored it and was heading toward 75 mph when he passed me, but it wasnt him. It was some ricer with blue headlights that gave me a nasty look

I welded up the moon vent holes on the baja, see the moon vent hole thread. I also welded up the mirror hole on the driver door. I used a thick washer that fit perfectly. I think it was a seat belt washer off of a bug I parted out.

I sanded around the hole...

...and stuck the washer in...

...and welded it and grinded it (forgot to take welded pic)...

...thin layer of filler...

...and some sanding and primer.

I hope not. I bought my wife a bright yellow Ford Escape. She had it for less than 24 hours and some college chick rear ended her. Stupid bitch!! (the college chick, not my wife ) No damage to the truck but the trailer hitch put a nice square hole it the chicks lisence plate .....Tim

While it was Sunday and not yesterday, Jamie and I went to Fortworth"less" Tx. and got remarried. Yeah, I know it's kind of sappy. See every year for our anniversary, we take a vacation to another state and get re-hitched. Call me a hopeless romantic or just hopeless, But what can I say, I love her. Ihave some pict's in our V-rod shirts at the alter. I'll post them later. I didn't have the dig. camera, so I have to scan them first.

Not only yesterday but I started on Sunday to bend the rollbar that will be hidden inside the windscreen frame on the Hebster. Finished it yesterday and tested the fit. It will be perfectly hidden when finished

I put a new narrowed/ adjustable front end with dropped spindles and disc brakes in my car. Stopping shouldn't be a problem now, even when I put the 1955cc turbo engine in next month .....Tim

Nice tight fit with the 2" narrowed beam. I'm just glad I didn't have to relocate the Line-Loc. The sway bar and rear steel braded lines are going in today. ....Tim
