Thanks! What concern do you have for the hills, brakes or oil starvation?

Hey guys, don't really work on bikes much but I've been helping my brother work on his 95 535 yamaha virago for a little while now and thought I'd post some pics of what we came up with. We didn't really do anything drastic just a little painting. I did a military style mountain bike awhile back and my brother liked how it looked and wanted to do it to his motorcyle too.

There's still a few more things we need to do but that's pretty much it. We're thinking about recovering the rest of the seat with more DCU material. It needs a new rear tire too and I'd like to throw some mirrors on it too. We might have to come up with some better mounts for the ammo cans too cause they move around quite a bit while riding. I really hate the stock taillight too but I really haven't found a good replacement yet.

Nice work on the Virago! Finish off the seat and swap to some wider backswept bars and I'd say you nailed the look.

LOL! Not booted at all. In fact I was considering asking for your opinion on it. But I'll PM.

Trailer is paid for but I was hoping to combine my trip down to PA to pick up the scoot with picking up the trailer but that didn't work out. Now that I've gone through the whole bringing a vehicle over the border I think I'll have the trailer shipped in a box.

Thanks for the she's purty ain't she?

Okay, I'm seriously laughing!!!!! That "bike" has more stress on the frame/ engine/ tranny than a split window towing a 2 ton trailer!!!!!
