How did you get that motor to be a 1340.. biggest piston you can run in those is 75mm 1220 without a custom block and crazy offset.... and the 69mm stroke is already to long as piston speed reaches terminal at around 10000 so a longer stroke is not good for these motors either... i would love to know how you did this also what type of set-up are you running on the head and what rods are you running

Something followed me home from JimW's house today.

It's a 1987 Honda TLR200 Reflex with only 1390 miles on it.

The thing runs and rides like new.

Jim and I spent about an hour running around the woods in his back yard and on the the river that is frozen over. It was a blast! He has a bunch of stuff to climb over and really have fun with. I tell you, when we were done, my legs felt like jello.

Now it's home and the wife didn't go balistic like I thought she would. She's actually cool about it. I can't wait to get it registered.

Hubby says that is just a bit too small for him, have fun with it though :)

Come on, It's not too small for Jim. Then again, he does have a shop full of them so maybe he makes up for the size by having large quantities of them.

Cool! Haven't seen one of those in years. My friend David used to ride one of those. He got one of them as part of his deal when he was riding flat track as a Honda privateer back in the 80's. Really fun little trail bike with a noce low CG as I remember.

I was working in Holland a couple of weeks ago and I was blessed enough to be there the same time as the big airbrush show in a town called Rosemalen. I was there 2 years ago also and I was so impressed that I wanted to go again. It's about 50 or so amazing airbrush artists showing their skills.
Anyway, to my surprise this place is huge (autotron) and the whole first floor and most of the seccond is filled with vintage motorcycles and parts the likes you'll never see in america. There's everything from old Vincents to old hondas. Scooters and mopeds. I mean there's every concieveable european bike ever made just sitting there waiting for someone to snatch them up. Oh and if your looking for that impossible to find part, it's there.
One guy had 2 Triumph engines with 0 miles 1 preunit 650 and a 70 unit tr 650 r they wer straight from the factory never installed in a bike. He wanted 1500euro each.
I could only stay there for a couple of hours because I took along a guy who wasn't realy interested in bikes.He wanted to see the airbrush stuff. Well I did too, but you know I do this stuff every day for work, so yes it's cool to see what other people are doing, but you know there's a huge building full of old bikes and there for sale and theres every cool part ever made just sitting there waiting to be discouvered.
Sadly though I have no money to buy anything since I bought my house which is fine with me. My wife and daughter come first now. and I still need parts for the bug and I promised myself I won't be sidetracked untill the bug is done.
Well I'll try to post a pic to show a few cool bikes from the show. I didn't take any of the airbrush stuff.

I have a buddy that is rebuilding one during his recovery from a heart attack on the job. He is looking for a shop manual, and I'm trying to score him a deal.
