OCC missed a couple payments on loans for their new building.
http://www.cyrilhuzeblog.com/2010/12...g-foreclosure/
Most likely, this was an attempt to renegotiate
a better interest rate. These sorts of loans, can't be
renegotiated if you are up to date on your payments.
So some people will try and weasel out, by missing
payments on purpose.

There's a class for them racing over here. Fabulous sound they make and it's quite entertaining watching the riders priming the airshift systems they use with a footpump before they go out to run.

Re: Motorcycle Thread
Ian, you're an asshole.
But thank you, it really pops in the sunlight.
Went over to my buddy's house and charged the battery while we worked on the bus "resto" (term used lightly). When it was ready, I fired it up and DAY-UM!!!! This bike sounds bad ass. Compared to the RF900R, this bike kind of scares me. I can't wait til spring.

Up by me that would be a $3000- 3500 bike all day..... Used to see CBs for sale for well under $1000 all the the time. Bought my CB for $150 a few years ago..... now when I am looking for another one they are all $1500 and up....

They're usually around 2-3k in the Orange County area. I figured this would be a decent price (it's negotiable) for a good, reliable rider.

Should have bought my CB750. It was mint with low miles and a lot of extra parts. Let it go for $1000.

the engines make the most beautifull two stroke noise bikes can produce, totaly addictive.
