Ah, a very practical Diesel powerplant and it appears that he converted and old Jawa sidecar body to a trailer. I love it!!

That one bike looks really dangerous.... I LOVE IT!! Night hawks are a really good bike, light, you can kind of throw them around, and really easy to work on. good score

Hopefully this winter I'll start playing with the nighthawk and get it in running condition. Then new tires and a couple of parts for a cafe flavor

Gotta get my damn Harley going first though. My silicone turbo hose showed up in the mail today so I'm going to cut some slightly wider seals from it. I'm hoping it will cure my intake vacuum leak.

Um, isn't it already a Cafe style. Those little fairinge were called Cafe fairings ;) You mean OLD cafe style.

I had one of them the year I graduated HS. I fucking loved that bike but talked myself into a Yamaha Fazer which I ended up not liking near as much.

I don't know if any of their old shows are online,

Very clean. I always like to see a Sporty chopper. Is that a traditional spool brake at the front?

August 5-8 I went on an epic ride of around 1200 miles around Washington state, into Idaho and ending in a week stay with my new lady in Penticton BC. I promised the boss man I would get some photos together and throw a ride report up here but it turns out one of my co-travelers already did a much better job than I could so go HERE for the full story (he's a bit wordy) and lots of photos.

Hey Bill, did you all follow 395 straight into Lewiston? If so, you missed out on a beautiful ride from Rosalia on down through Pullman on the back road!

We took 12 all the way to Orofino and then doubled back and north to Dworshak Reservoir. The double back route was outstanding.

Hwy 3 through Saint Joe's forest and 97 along Coure D'Alene Lake were also highlights of the trip back north.
