Gas shocks can actually lift a lite bug a little bit. Although, thatís not what shocks are intended for.

I had a pair on mine but they kept leaking down and would clunk without air in them. I changed them out for gas shocks last weekend. It would raise it up in the rear, I only had about 50lbs in it. Rides better now.
