Default Pedal powered volksrod/buggy?!

Plodding along with this build, made some panels for the body from
coroplast plastic sheets, easy to work with and more importantly
light weight.

Suicide doors of course.

After a long stint, over a year, of not being motivated she is back,
went for red oxide primer to see how she feels may get a top coat
may get a patina look, will leave her as is see what grows on me?

Decided the tray was too high so chopped the top rung off also lowered the
door to the same height, end result much lower look.

Have plans for some form of cover for the tray and cockpit area, more soon…..

Hopefully?…………

I like the ‘lower’ look. Maybe a Type 2 type canvas cover for the rear? It would be protective and light in weight.

Do have some footage, just live somewhere where internet speed
is on the go slow, next visit to the mainland when I can get some
speed will post. On that subject of speed she's no rocket just above
walking pace for this job!

When you have people powering your cool looking roadster pickup it look smaller than parked and empty. And more practical and fun. That’s just a great imaginative project!

Thanks mate, have plans to get a bit more done, some sort of roof and then go exploring the neighbourhood, wonder what the cops (that's Police in Oz) will have to say?
