There's a guy that was selling one locally for @ $200.00, but, it didn't have anything with it, just the Judson... No pulleys or anything else. It was on Craigslist for a little while, but, I haven't seen it in a few weeks.... Maybe he sold it. I'll look again, I had the guys number, cuz, I originally went to pick up some other VW parts he was selling, but, I wasn't interested in the Judson. He didn't even know what it was.

EDIT: I just went & looked... Doesn't seem to be on there anymore. If I can find his number I'll give him a call if you are interested.

Judson is WAY out of date, no where as efficient as a newer blower.

Well suited to the "vintage speed" resto crowd.

Couple of guys on the Samba was putting together a 36hp with this type of blower:

Pretty small capacity though, you would have to spin it pretty hard. He had a used one that he was working with.

Another option if you want to fab it up is the Toyota SC12 blower, which came on a 1600cc engine, so it would have enough capacity to make more power than the little AMR unit. An Aussie guy did one here:

I have one of these units, and would like to try with a Megasquirt and EDIS conversion to get the fuel pump and distributor out of the way, to try mount the blower down a bit tighter to the engine.

cheers
