They look like Salt Flat style covers for the old 16" Ford wires (I'm sure they fit any same diameter wheel).
The center section remains open so the lug nuts are still accessible (also allowing the smaller
stock cap to still be used). A guy off the HAMB was re-poppin them some time ago.

At least that's what they remind me of.

**EDIT**

Found what I was thinking of... Kevin Lee mills these, called "Spun Aero Discs"
http://www.jalopyjournal.com/spun/products.html

Don't look to be exactly the same though. These seem to be a bit concave between the center cap and the wheel lip...

Wheel discs are modified moon ,inspired by Lmarr disks

Exhaust was a stock silencer but with baffles & internal pipes modified to suit new lower & closer spaced tailpipe stubs

We didnt have any of the original dash gauges , switches, seats ,etc. ,the dash parts are all home-made timber with a copper coloured early type3 speedo . Yes ,the hole in the top middle of the dash metal was originally for the semaphores ,an aftermarket switch is now fitted at the bottom of the dash for the semaphores which now flash !
The original hole is now home to a "steampunk" sat-nav/gps , a brass compass ..... attached to a bit of an old brass gas cut-off valve

Yes, that "thing" in the back is a '40s GEC Art deco Bakelite radio which now just contains 2 large speakers

NICE NICE NICE.

One question though, the running boards are a really cool and original idea. What were they sourced from?
