Default My current dilema...

So, I have two bugs. I'd like to build one car with an extended beam and no fenders. Which one should it be?

A 57 oval window ragtop, previous owner turned it into a Baja back in the 70s. Front is cut for a one-piece front end, back is cut too.

Also have a '69 bug that I chopped the top on about 15 years ago. Front apron is a little dented up, back end is nice.

The oval window is closer to that point (it can only get better from where it is now). The chopped bug could be a nice full fendered car. But chopped and extended and no fenders would probably look better than un-chopped extended and no fenders?

Thoughts? pictures of un-chopped extended volksrods?
