Re: Hood Ornament
If a 2nd version is made it should be something completely different as to not impact the uniqueness of the first run...

Re: Hood Ornament
I am doing some sketching for a 2nd edition, but it hasn't progressed beyond that. Whatever I do, it will be completely unique from the first one. That will always be limited to the number made since I destroyed the patterns.
Stay tuned, but don't hold your breathe....

Re: Hood Ornament
crap.. I'm going to have to buy more cool things John has made and will probably donate most of the money to this awesome site. Better start saving now because I'm pretty sure what ever he comes up with is going to be the bee's knees

If it has anything to do with BEES, I doubt Steve will let me sell it on the site.

Re: Hood Ornament
Well, unlike the last batch... I will have money this time. Just hope that there may be an increase in production amount, or less people jumping at them sence the last set ran out so quickly..... I was sooo super bummed.

Re: Hood Ornament
I'd be up for one if you make a new batch - The J is almost complete and that would be just the thing to set him apart :)

Re: Hood Ornament
Mine is going on Vivian, but that project hasn't started yet. Will still probably be two years until #40 is mounted.

Re: Hood Ornament
"19 has sprouted wings (nope, not kidding) and I finally finished the adaptor to mount it on the front edge of the Single Cab's roof. I'm hoping for mounting it this weekend with pics (please no snickering Ms. PM ) to follow.

Re: Hood Ornament
I don't remember what number I have but I haven't seen it in months. A friend of mine does good polishing work so he has it. Whenever he gets time he will polish it up for me. I'm in no hurry.
