You did Doug. This is a long term project, but is coming along. My friend Marly is doing the work, I provide ideas, verbal support, parts, and a hand when he needs it. Can't move the cab back any further without messing up the bed (cut down from a 47 Chevy) and still use VW rear fenders. Slightly modified of course. We keep talking about the front fenders, but at the moment the plan is again to use modified VW. I'll try to post pics as each significant step is reached.

Finally got the one on one with a brand new Camaro 2SS.

Bright yellow, black leather, 6 speed, 21" wheels and tires. I've got to say, overall that's one bad ass car. Not too keen on the design of the rear taillights/trunklid area, but other than that, she's a sweet ride. didn't have my phone with me today but my brother snapped a couple pics I'll put up once he sends them to me.

This car is the next street over from me, I see it almost everyday.

This is one I like, cuz I had one similar to it. Mine was Blue with White stripes. Mine also only had a V6 that sounded like a sewing machine.

This is one I saw the other day when I went to pick something up from the guy that owns it. It's a '64 Chrysler Imperial or some shit... The thing was SWEET! The spot on the hood was just a leaf that fell on it when he opened the garage.

BTW, Anyone else having problems with Photobucket lately? It take FOREVER to do anything...

While I was down at the Piquette Plant striping the Model A, I got to check out this little beauty, 1949 Split! Apparently it belongs to VWoA and they are storing/loaning it to the Piquette Plant museum.

Cool car.

Customer dropped his car off at our shop today. 1952 Glasspar G-2. Apparently pretty rare; Jay Leno supposedly owns one.
Nice car and fucking LOUD. Owner since 1979, spent the last 4 years finishing it up. He doesn't care about car shows, just wants to drive the fuck out of it. Sitting on a later model corvette chassis with aluminum floors and center tunnel.

Vintage AC Cobra seats!

The windshield is a piece of work too.

Saw this Volvo this week. Had PNW tags, long drive and from the looks of the bed and stuff inside, the driver drove and camped on the way here...

I didn't actually see this one in person, but I was reading Paul Tracy's blog on Racer and saw him mention his rat rod. I'm not real big on the wheels, but his rat rod is sick and being a champcar and indycar racer, It goes like stink!

He's also got a gangsta ass Lincoln he just picked up on the trip home to vegas after the Indy 500.

I was waiting for my local club meeting and saw this roll in. I had to go take a couple phone pics. This thing was super clean. It looked FRESH!! Check the 2 tone out. Didn't meet the guy. I hope he's local and I get to see it again.
