I went to a classic car show tonight in CT. It's that largest weekly auto show in New England. It's at www.markscruisenight.com

This bug wasn't a cut up rod but it was pretty cool and it looked very solid.

since my friggin kids can't keep their hands off of my cameras and have broken two digitals, I think I use the camera more than I use the actual phone. 2 mp not bad pics for a phone.

I kinda like the stock/lifted look for it. it seems to work well for it. I could do without thew red wipers but to each their own, I am sure there is s story or reason behind them.

I can see the ride hight fitting in with the period hotrod look but I'm just a lowered vehicle person. If it's for the street, it should be as close to the deck as possible.

I didn't even notice the red wipers but I get a hell of a glare from my window on my flat panel monitors at work. Some people jsut need a dash of color. I tend to like earthtones so rods like this, CalifKid's roadster, the Hebrod, HotRodpez's military theme and the one Chris did are definitely my favorites. Mine will probably end up a dark brown or olive color.

this is a car I had talked to a guy about 2 yrs ago, doing a dragon on the hood, had the designs all talked out,,, it was supposed to be maroon or burnt red~ guess he changed his mind~ and since he hasn't contacted me , guess I'm not painting on it either~

Still came out looking good~ and caught it uptown this morning.

oh yeah, he's a lawyer~ just as well I didn't work on it.

I wish I took a pic of the '29 Fire Truck they have across the street. They took it out & fired it up! The thing was backfiring & all! They ended up getting it running "OK" & moved it into a portable garage behind their Main building... They've got a couple Old Vettes & a Charger/Challenger... I don't nkow how to tell them apart. Plus, some Old "Bonnie & Clyde type car". I haven't seen that one, one of the guys I work with told me they watched them move that as well, on our lunch break.

I had a 53 Plymouth when I was younger. I never got it on the road though. It had a flathead 6 in it IIRC.

I saw a cool car today. My 15 yr old drove the vert down to the bus stop to pick up my 8 yr old. It was sweet to see the vert rolling across the yard and down the road and then coming back.
