I now have seven motorcycles and no wife to tell me to get rid of anything... but something's gotta go.

Anyone have a need for three hondas? Nighthawk 250, Rebel 250, Magna 700cc.

Hmmm, what exactly does NEED have to do with buying motorcycles? Nice bikes but I seem to be up to my navel base in Yamahas.

How many bikes do you have now ?
Running out of fingers to count on ?

You need a BMW with a VW motor.

The Kawasaki is on craigslist right now, the TLR200 parts bike is on ebay, the Suzuki is going up for sale soon and as soon as I get the title for the Jawa, it's going up for sale.

I found a honda CB750 I really want so I'm making room.

The wife has even approved.

My kikker is for sale. Converted the 110 auto 4 speed to 125 4 speed with a hand clutch. Talked to a buggy owner last night that might want it... wonder if he'll trade?

Wait... then I'd have a buggy I need to park in the garage also.

It's an illness I tell ya!

Man, I'm having some crazy internet issues today.

Here are the Before pics of the little 250.

Got another back fender to cut up ($15 on ebay) and still haven't found any 18" and 15" white wall tires so we might be painting these tires soon.

Trying to find some handlebar risers to bring them up a couple of inches unless some 12" ape hangers are less expensive. These bars are 7/8" and everything I have is for Harley's 1" bars.

Got another bike last night. Yamaha vstar 650 this time.

First thing is pull the passenger pad and change the bars.

Then I'll think about chopping up the rear to make something like this.

Need to drill out the bland exhaust tonight. Sounds like a sewing machine with the stock pipes.

I got the TLR200 registered and legal. I've been riding it to work. Should be much needed break in fuel costs for me.

Also I'm looking into another bike, believe it or not. Its a parts bike for my RF900R. It's cheap as hell and will give me what I need to put my bike on the road.

Is that a '94 Sporty? I remember the little 2.2 gal tank with 5 Speed logo. My Sportster is a '96, had to change the tank to 3.3 gallon when I lived in California for those rides from Sacto to Chico.

Actually, it an '86 Sporty....It's about to get a Fat Bob tank on it with the gauges on the dash so I can get them off the bars. I can't stand that!

I was considering something to put around town on. Not so much for the highways. I have considered powering my cruiser bicycle which is particularly heavily-built or getting a smaller displacement motorcycle. Those of you who know me, will know I am a very big guy (6'6", 400lb). I'd like to avoid looking like one of the fat twins on the scooters from the Guinness Book. Between lower displacement choppers, enduros, cafes or street legal dirtbikes, what do you guys advise?

Get a cruiser....cafe racer would look like a toy on you. Putting an engine on your bike would be cool but you won't get anywhere fast. Keep an eye out for a Honda CB-750 or a Yamaha XS-650, They're easy to work on, make GREAT bobbers/choppers/barhoppers and can still be found pretty CHEAP!

Check craigslist, there are tons of CB750's out there for cheap. Its what I would recommend for you as well. You can do so much to them answer there are a shitload of aftermarket parts for them.

MatteBlack, I got the Yomama XV650 for three grand, only 6600 miles on it.

It's a hefty sized bike and doesn't have shiat-tons of power, but it will get down the highway. My little brother is an inch taller than you but half the weight. His legs were folded up a little but this bike can be modified to move the controls forward about four more inches.

Keep an eye on craigslist, there are lots of good bikes out there with low miles and a reasonable price.

If you can afford it, the Honda VTX 1300 is a GREAT bike, but you'll be spending at least four grand on one of those.

Suzuki boulevard is another stretched out bike that should fit you well and they're very affordable.

Don't think a Honda Shadow would work for you, they're a little smaller in the cockpit and you probably wouldn't enjoy riding as much being folded up like a paperclip.

I'm only a RCH over 6' and most of the small hondas are uncomfortable for me.
