Default water jet service needed

Does anyone know of a water jet service they would recommend, need to have 2 lake pipes caps cut, have the aluminum and full scale drawing

I agree with Unkl Ian, either do it yourself or just take it to a local machine shop. Having it cut on a water jet is over kill for someting that simple. There should be plenty of machine shop options for you up there.

Just cut it out and leave a good amount of material when you cut it out. Then just take your time filing it and shaping it by hand.

Depending on how think it is, you could also use a router to do the work. You could make a wooden template & cut it close, then use the router (w/carbide bit w/roller bearing) to get the finish shape.

You've got to check out some of the stuff this guy made for his car.
