I'll try this again. Had issues getting pics up earlier. Still having trouble posting pics. Following the instructions but pics not showing up?

I bought a 65' fenderless in October. Kind of an impulse buy so I hope it works out. I think Volksrods are cool. Basically a turn key car that needs a few little things. I really want to put a beam extender on it but don't have much time for wrenching due to business & family. Hoping to teach my kids to drive stick with it.

My folks always had air-cooled cars when I was little. I got into motorcycles, then 4wds & now I'm back into air coolers. I always loved to wrench & I'm a welder by trade. Married with three great kids at home still, the youngest is a sr. in high school. Wish I had time to build something for myself, but I don't which is why I bought something pretty much done.

My current ride is a dropped 59' 356 that my son & I take to as many events as we can.

Here is my two cars. First thing I did was remove the roof rack along with the front & rear nerf bars & I got new 15x10 rear wheels with 295/50 tires. Hoping to lower it a few inches also.
