Haven't posted in a while... But have made some progress... Have to resize some pictures , I'm at my max storage!
Been really busy with my other love .....besides Vee-dubs.... Music.

Body back off, pulling engine.
Want to modify the rear end .... Again! 
Lift it another 1.5" and.... While I'm at it make some more clearance room for shifter coupling/rod.

New mounts for transmission.... No urethane stuff for me, just good OEM stuff.
Have u ever driven a high powered turbo diesel with solid mounts?
Not nice!

To cure the dreaded IRS system camber issue .... flipping the dog legs left to right, cut and re-weld shock mounts.

Assemble the front knuckles .... Disks drilled for Chevy pattern.... To accommodate the spoke wheels

Decided, with a drop in the roof... The seats should also be chopped to accommodate the soon to be lack of headroom!
Removed 2" from stock 61' seats, changed the pivot , welded in a new base from square tubing then added a universal seat track.

Shifter box install, I will bend up a tunnel out of aluminium to cover the shift rod , coolant pipes( that will run down this channel)
Wiring haress etc.

I always use these adjustable rod inserts, they are great for getting a perfect adjustment!
