Got some more interior work done this weekend. Finally got a headliner in. Still need to do a little stretching and pulling to tighten it up a bit more.

Also got the rear panels done to match the seats.

Just need to get my door panels done. Interior is coming together!

Got some more interior work done last night. Driver door panel is all done. Just need to finish up the passenger and all my interior bits are done. Paint everything else and that will be a wrap on interior stuff.

I love the pattern and the fact that at night you won’t need an interior light. 🙄😉😆

Finally got all the panels finished. Love how the interior came together. Now I just need to paint all the metal bits black and the interior is done.

What's up everybody. Hope everyone is well and staying safe! I haven't posted much this summer. It was a great summer with tons of cruisin!

About a month ago when we still had some nice weather I dusted off my camera and grabbed some cool shots of Frankie. A little rusty with the camera, but got some good ones.

Sadly this will be the last post I make of Frankie under my ownership. I loved building this car and had a blast with it. But there's just some factors that aren't working out for me so I have to move onto the next project. Luckily my buddy is interested in taking over the build and is going to take it to the next level! He's got a full on drag chassis that he is going to be putting the body on. Narrowed rear end, 18" wide tires, ladder bar setup, 700hp LS up front. It's gonna be rad! I'll be sure to keep you guys posted when he get going on it.

What's up everybody? My buddy has started working on Frankie and as promised here's some updates. This this is gonna be wild when he's done...hahah

Here's a look at the chassis he's gonna be using. Still an S10 chassis so the front will pretty much remain the same, but the back has a ladder bar setup with coilovers, a shortened rear end and some big ol' meats. The ones in the picture are just the mock up tires. His street tires are 18" wide...lol

He got around to cutting some of the floor and setting the body on last night. Still needs to do a bit more floor cutting to the body to sit back where it needs to be. cool to see them big tires under there though!

Here's a shot of the engine he's putting together for it. I'll have to get the specs on it. I believe it's a 6 litre LS engine, carbed with nitrous...lol Should be a bit of fun.

Here's some more pictures he posted today. Did dome more cutting to get the body sitting right. Also some more complete shots of the engine.

Lookin’ great. Super wide tires add to the overall impression-ratio.

My buddy is making some progress on Frankie. Getting the motor mocked up. Got it sitting in a much better spot than I had. He'll be using a steering rack on this on so he doesn't have to deal with the steering box like I did. That'll let him put the rad more in line with the front wheels like it should be.
